Yes, swim caps must be worn to access the pool. If you don't have one, you can request it free of charge at reception.
Yes, Hotel Benacus features a private garden reserved for guests, equipped with sun loungers, umbrellas, tables, and chairs.
Yes, the hotel accepts small pets with a maximum weight of 12 kg. The presence of the pet must be communicated at the time of booking, and no surcharge applies. Pets are not allowed in the breakfast room or the pool area.

Yes, you can request twin beds or a double bed, as well as an additional baby cot or extra bed. We kindly ask you to inform us in advance by email. The baby cot costs €15 per day.
